 HOW THEY ARE PREPARED:

 1. We put the cooked meat, and/or cheese, and fried onions in the
    roll and double wrap them in foil. Then we freeze them.

 2. The sauce is frozen in a separate screw-top container.

 3. The pickles and hot peppers are put in separate screw-top
    containers; however, they are not frozen. 
    *All sandwiches are made to order. Because we ship them frozen,
    24 hours notice is NECESSARY. 
    And because we ship 2nd Day Air ....Shipping Days are Monday,
    Tuesday & Wednesday.

 HOW THEY ARE PACKAGED:

 1. The sandwiches, sauce, pickles & hot peppers are packed in a
    Styrofoam container.

 2. Four pounds of dry ice in a zip lock bag with holes is placed
    on top of the sandwiches.

 3. We tape an envelope to the top of the Styrofoam container that
    includes heating instructions, a questionnaire with a stamped
    self addressed envelope and a little gift from The Brass Rail.

 4. You may also bring a card or we can print out a message for you
    to put on top of the container.

 5. We then put the Styrofoam container into a cardboard box made
    for the container, and seal for shipping.

 HOW THEY ARE SHIPPED:

 1. The package is shipped by UPS 2-day air or UPS 2 day Ground
    (if they are traveling to a state close by) to anywhere in the
    United States. Packages are shipped with a 2 day arrival time
    period to ensure they arrive frozen. We ship out Monday for
    Wed. Delivery, Tuesday for Thur. Delivery & Wednesday for Fri.
    Delivery.

 2. Because of the precise size of the packaging, we only ship the
    sandwiches in lots of 12. However, you can mix cheesesteaks and
    regular steak sandwiches.

 THE COST:

 1. There is a $18.00 handling charge for the packaging, containers
    and 51bs. of Dry Ice. ( July & Aug.$19.50) 

 2. The sandwiches are the current price..

 3. The shipping varies depending on where the package is going. 

  Example:

  1. 12 Cheesesteaks shipped to Savannah, GA
     cost of sandwiches = $51.48
     cost of shipping =	$ 11.50 (Ground)
     handling charge =	$18.00	 Total cost to customer = $80.98

  2. 6 cheesesteaks & 6 regular steak sandwiches shipped to Dunnellon, FL
     cost of sandwiches = $49.68
     cost of shipping   =$47.90
     handling charge =	$18.00	 Total cost to customer = $115.58


 HOW YOU PAY:

 1. Orders are usually taken over the phone and are paid for with a
    credit card (MC, VISA, Or DISCOVER) . Receipts can be
    mailed to you separately at your request.
